Millpond is a beautiful community that cannot be appreciated without a visit. This is an established, non-gated, neighborhood with the Southern Charm of the past. The streets are lined with mature trees and winding sidewalks. The 281 single family homes in Millpond were constructed in the late 1970’s and 1980’s with all but a handful of homes not having pools.  This is a picturesque neighborhood that offers a quiet lifestyle while being surrounded by the best in Boca Raton.

Millpond has a mandatory Homeowners Association (HOA) allowing Millpond to have well maintained amenities. There are 4 private parks within the community on 2 lakes. There are winding sidewalks, a barbeque area, tennis courts, basketball court, a children’s playground as well as open green areas throughout.


The neighborhood of Millpond is located in central Boca Raton, Florida. There is one entrance to the community on the north side of Potomac, just east of St Andrews Street. Residents enjoy a quiet retreat while being surrounded by all the best Boca Raton has to offer.  The Town Center Mall offers fine dining and shopping and is within a short drive. Mizner Park offers a additional variety of dining and shopping to area residents. Millpond is about a 15 minute drive to the area beaches. Surrounding neighborhoods such as Timbercreek have a similar feel to Millpond.  Residents commuting have access to I95 within a short drive to the east and the Florida Turnpike about 10 minute ride to the west.
