The exclusive community of Addison Reserve is located in west Delray Beach, Florida. The entrances for this exquisite neighborhood have 24 hour guard-gates and are conveniently located on the west side of Jog Road and on the south side of Linton Boulevard. The community sits on over 650 beautifully landscaped acres and is surrounded by Addison Reserve Country Club.

The golf community was developed between 1999 and 2003 by Kenco and Taylor Woodrow. The development consists of 700 homes that are divided into 19 villages. The villages are: Bella Verde, Brookfield Estates, Casa Grande, Floranada, Isla Verde, L Aquila, Maddalena, Montecito, Monteverde, Palencia, Playa Reinta, Porto Vecchio, Sarimento, Sedona, Talavera, Trieste, Villa d’Este, and Villa Vizcaya. The homes within each vary in style though they share a Mediterranean feel.  The lots range zero lot lines to over 1/3 acres in size. The residences also vary from 2,500 square feet to over 7,500 square feet in size. The homes share a high craftsmanship and open floor plans.


Mandatory membership is required for those choosing to reside in Addison Reserve. With the membership comes access to a world renowned 27-hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills as well as a driving range and facilities for pitching and putting practice with a complete golf pro shop golf cart/bag storage area and card rooms for both ladies and men.   The Clubhouse is over 70,000 square feet and includes a full dining rooms, and lounge area.

The Esplanade is a 20,000 square foot facility that houses the Fitness area. The fitness area offers all of the state of the art equipment from cardiovascular machines to aerobic studios as well as steam rooms and massage rooms. The swimming pool area has a large swimming pool, children’s wading pool, hot tub as well as changing facilities with showers and day lockers. The tennis facility has tennis courts and pro shop.


Addison Reserve is strategically located in a quiet part of Delray Beach. There are several grocery stores and Delray Medical within close proximity of the development. Residents are only a few minutes drive from the fabulous nightlife downtown Delray Beach has to offer as well as the newly completed Delray Beach Market Place on west Atlantic Avenue. The Morikomi Museum and Japanese Gardens back part of Addison Reserve.  Residents are just a short drive to the bordering town of Boca Raton to its south that offers additional fine dining options and shopping.
