The community of Huntington Pointe is located north of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida. This is a 55 year and older active adult community. The gated entrance for Huntington Pointe is on the East side of Jog Road and includes a fully staffed guard station.  The community is less than a ten minute drive from one of the most scenic beaches in South Florida. Huntington Pointe was developed between 1990 to 2006 and has 1,096 residential units in the complex.

There are various styles of homes in this community to choose from: four story condo buildings or three different styles of attached one story villas. Most residences have two bedrooms, two baths and oversized garages. Some residences have a third bedroom or den.

Huntington Pointe takes pride in providing a large number of amenities, without taking away the charm of living in a small community. Four outdoor pools ensure residents have enough space to relax, while an Olympic size indoor pool offers swimming enthusiasts a chance to stay in shape. Huntington Pointe helps keep residents active by providing a state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as bocce, tennis, and pickleball courts.

Huntington Pointe Activities
Huntington Pointe offers residents numerous clubs to join, including sports, theater, and computer clubs. Residents stay active by participating in regularly scheduled card games and taking arts & crafts classes. The 50,000 square foot clubhouse is home to the Theater of Performing Arts that has a capacity for 600 residents and their guests. Huntington Pointe hosts an annual concert series, as well as presents recently released Hollywood blockbusters on the theater big screen.

The Area
Residents of Huntington Pointe have quick access to the historic Delray Beach shopping district. The combination of ample grocery stores, clothing boutiques, and dining options allows residents to fulfill all of their shopping needs. Downtown Delray Beach dining destinations features several critically acclaimed restaurants.

Huntington Pointe sits near several prominent cultural landmarks. The Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens present awe-inspiring sculpted plants that take our residents to the orient for a colorful afternoon. Also nearby is the Cornell Museum of Art, housed in a restored 1913 elementary school building, featuring art exhibits that are rotated every three to four months. You are just a short drive away from Boca Raton, Florida, home to stunning Mizner Park and Town Center Mall.
