The 10th Annual Festival of the Arts BOCA is taking place beginning Friday, March 4th through Wednesday, March 16th at the Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton, Florida. It is being presented by The Schmidt Family Centre for the Arts, a non-profit organization.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Festival of the Arts BOCA was established in 2007 with the intention of promoting cultural arts and to enrich the quality of life of the residents of Boca Raton and its surrounding cities. The Festival also celebrates Boca Raton for being selected by American Planning Association as one of the 10 best urban places in the United States. The 13 day event brings together world class performers, authors and speakers. Cultural arts education naturally takes place as the Festival introduces new audiences to amazing music, young people to great artists in master classes and open rehearsals. Over 1,000 Festival tickets are donated to students and teachers every festival.
One of the highlights of the festival this year is Joey Alexander a 12 year old prodigy that received a standing ovation at the 58th GRAMMY Awards for his amazing piano jazz. Featured on “60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper – Little Jazz Man” – Click Here to view the video
